Hey, I’m Ali. I’m a business owner, entrepreneur and registered nurse with a passion for self development and helping others to be free of the fears and stresses that are holding them back in their lives.

Born and raised in Africa and now living in the beautiful New Zealand, I have an amazing partner, I’m the proud mother of two adult children and I have a beautiful grandchild. And right now I’m loving life!
WHY do I want to help others you ask? Well, because I’ve been there myself. I know what it’s like to feel so panic stricken that I was literally rooted to the spot feeling as if I was going to die. So socially anxious that my mind went completely blank as soon as I was asked a question. So easily overwhelmed by ordinary situations. Had those voices in my head saying that you’re “not good enough”, “not popular enough”, “not worthy of love”.

And it wasn’t only me. When I looked around me and began to listen to what some of my patients and even friends were going through, I realised I wasn’t alone. We are living in unprecedented times of stress and anxiety.

The good news is that I found out things didn’t have to be this way. After a great deal of reading, research, putting myself through various personal development courses and practising what I learnt, I no longer have panic attacks, I can speak freely in social situations and most importantly I don’t have to worry about what other people think of me. I have learned that as humans every one of us is unique and every one of us has been put on this earth for a reason.

No matter what we have been through, we can change this. We can use our amazing brain to change how we feel and stop negative self talk, anxiety and stress in it’s tracks. I have learned that everything is do-able. Sometimes it takes baby steps to achieve our goals, but if we stick at it, it works.
I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with you!
